ABOUT GLEN

Glen is the President of Mission:USA, a ministry devoted to serving the inner city of Chicago. He founded its hallmark BRIDGE program in 2004, a revolutionary post-prison ministry that dramatically reduces recidivism by providing a new church home for those leaving the gang or street lifestyle, with over 62,000+ attendees in the last 20 years. The BRIDGE has multiple Chicagoland pastors preaching on the same topic each service, pre-selected by a member of the congregation, and Glen has worked with hundreds of pastors over the years to hone their ability to deliver actionable and inspiring real-life applications of the gospel to those in need.

Glen has also used his 30+ years of front-line ministry experience to impact thousands of pastors, youth ministers, and small group leaders across the world via his in-person & virtual coaching, and his blog (Unka Glen). He has worked for decades to equip up-and-coming church leaders and lay volunteers with the skills to confidently step into their calling, and this passion has led him to distill his experience into a systematic framework contained in his newly published book, More Church Than Church.
